Introduction to sewing. Cushion workshop

Service Description

If you're just dipping your toe into the world of machine sewing or feel too rusty to produce a garment then this is the workshop for you. You will produce a 30cm x 30cm cushion cover with either an envelope or zip closing. We'll begin with an introduction to the machine, practice some basic sewing and then go on to construct your cushion. Arming you with the knowledge and foundations to further develop these new found skills. The fee includes the use of a Janome sewing machine and all notions. Fabric is not included. You can either purchase this before the workshop commences fro my shop or bring your own from home. a medium weight cotton is ideal for this first project.
