The seam of each shade is finished with co-ordinating top stitching to prevent any potential fraying.

The shades are suitable for ceiling pendants, floor and table lamps. Made using a frame for European ES27 fittings with an adaptor for UK fittings. 
The use of energy saving bulbs is recommended.
Fitting options are for a lamp base or Suspension/pendant.
The lining has been engineered and designed for lampshade manufacturing and is treated for anti yellowing, anti-static, UV stabilisation and fire resistance.
I also treat my fabric with a fire retarder before making the shade.
