Drum lampshade making workshop

Service Description

At the end of this fun three hour workshop you will have acquired the skills and knowledge to make drum lampshades, as well as having made your very own 30cm lampshade to take home, to use with a pendant or lamp fitting. The shade kit and tools are provided as part of the course fees, fabric for the shade can be purchased from my shop before the workshop begins or you are welcome to bring your own fabric* The products provided to form your shade are premium quality and conform to light testing and fire safety regulations. *if using your own fabric I recommend non stretch fabrics such as medium weight quilting cottons, light canvas or light upholstery fabrics and you may wish to consider treating the fabric with a fire retardant.
