Service Description

This half day workshop is the perfect introduction to bag making, ideal for a beginner who has done a little sewing. A fabric lovers dream as this bag can be a mix and match of all your favourites! You will leave the workshop with a beautiful tote bag made completely by you, and be armed with the foundations and understanding to further develop your skills. In this workshop you will sew curves and apply a magnetic snap closure and create an interior pocket alongside the exterior side pockets as well as gain an understanding of bag construction. The paper sewing pattern will also be yours to take away at the end of the session so you can recreate your bag at home, the pattern also offers a view with zipped pockets for when you want to add a new skill to your sewing at home. The fee includes the paper pattern and all notions. Fabric is not included in the fee and is available to purchase in my shop before the workshop or you can bring your own fabric.
