The Pendrell blouse is a feminine semi-fitted top. Versions include uniquely sewn cap sleeves, flirty double ruffles or classic sleeveless shell.

View A features a self-lined draped sleeve with soft pleats. View B features charming ruffles on the shoulder along the princess seams. View C is a classic sleeveless shell.
 
The blouse is designed with extra-long length in the body to make it easy to tuck into skirts and pants comfortably. Princess seams elongate and flatter. No need for buttons or a zipper here. For quicker sewing, the Pendrell pops on and off without the need of a closure.
